With an opportunity identified or created, we establish a project vehicle, capitalize it principally via equity and undertake all necessary feasibility studies - technical, financial, marketing, economic, etc. Our team, sometimes with the assistance of external consultants, formulate project design basis and and scope. We further acquire the project sites and obtain the necessary concessions, approvals, registrations, permits, licenses and development rights as required. We perform all applicable project studies such as geotechnical surveys, topographic surveys, hydrological surveys, bathymetric surveys, seismic surveys, environmental and social impact assessments, safety studies, quantitative risk assessments, front end engineering designs, etc. We compile a complete dossier of project development documents necessary to transition into execution. We also carry out due diligence on projects and assets from various clients before bringing them to market. We facilitate the necessary engagements between prospective buyers or tenderers and asset/project owners.
